Our return and refund framework is designed for the realities of B2B industrial material trade, aligned with Indian commercial law and Bureau of Indian Standards quality benchmarks.

Return Policy
Industrial materials are non-returnable once physically accepted and processed at the buyer's facility. This is standard practice across Indian industrial scrap markets.
Returns are only entertained for verified quality defects assessed per BIS IS 2549 (ferrous) and IS 2305 (non-ferrous) standards by a mutually agreed third-party inspector.
Eligible Return Conditions
Material grade does not match invoice specification
Contamination or hazardous content detected upon arrival
Weight discrepancy exceeding ±0.5% tolerance
Return request raised within 48 hours of delivery
Materials already processed, shredded, or melted are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Refund timelines commence upon written approval from Bharat Enterprises.
Payments made via the AirPay gateway are subject to the payment provider's refund processing timelines, which may extend beyond our standard window.

Funds credited to your account
Bank transfer charges, if any, are borne by the claimant. Refunds are issued in INR only, regardless of original payment mode.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from a transaction shall first be attempted to be resolved through bilateral negotiation within 15 business days of written notice.
Disputes not resolved bilaterally shall be referred to binding arbitration per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.
